Throughout Ramadan, Careem Pakistan took care of customers, captains and the community with the “Sath Chalain, Saath Barhain” campaign.
A new Ramadan car type was introduced by Careem across Pakistan giving customers the opportunity to donate PKR25 every time they took a Careem ride, while also giving themselves the chance to win prizes including meals, mobile phones, and holidays.
Careem Pakistan is currently in a partnership with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) through its ongoing Careem Rewards programme that began in February and accelerated donations to the organisation, raising more than PKR2.3 million.
Careem captains were also looked after this Ramadan. To reward the best performing captains, Careem introduced a grand Eid quality bonus, in addition to weekly bonuses and guarantees and held daily raffles in which captains had the opportunity to win bikes, televisions, air-conditioners and other prizes. Careem also gave out ration boxes in collaboration with Daraz to captains and held iftar dinners with senior management across Pakistan.
Just because the Holy Month is over doesn’t mean captains incentives go away. With the quality bonus becoming a regular feature for captains, Careem adds to a long list of benefits we provide, including in-ride insurance, health insurance schemes, access to car loans and partnerships that give them access discounts on car maintenance.
