If your order doesn’t reach you on time, you get AED 1 back for every extra minute you wait. The money will be transferred directly to your Careem Pay wallet as soon as possible. You can withdraw it to your bank account or spend it within the app.

Terms & Conditions:
- Valid from 8 May, 2023 to 8 June, 2023.
- Maximum payment per order is AED 10.
- An order is late if the ‘actual delivery time’ exceeds 1 minute beyond ‘estimated delivery time’ (as displayed on the app once your order is confirmed).
- Payments are transferred to your Careem Pay wallet.
- Restaurants with ‘basic tracking’ are not part of the promotion.
