3- In-App Support: Is support center ka maqsad kaptanon ke liye “one stop shop” hona hai, jahan woh har kisam ki support hasil kar sakte hain. Ab kaptan kisi bhi franchise ka dora karne ke bajaye baraye rast apne captain support center se darkhuwast jama karwa saktay hain. Is se na sirf inke waqt aur raqam ki bachat hogi balkay inka Careem ke sath baraye rast rabta ho sakay ga.

Kaptan ke support ticket jama karne ka amal asaan aur taiz tar banaya gaya hai, lehaza kaptan bagair kisi pareshani ke apni shikayat/darkhuwast jama karwa sakte hain.
