Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
The Careem Pay Diwali Promotion (“Promotion”) offers eligible customers a voucher code equivalent to the value of AED 1,000. This voucher can only be redeemed at Tanishq Middle East retail stores within the UAE for the purchase of gold or any other jewellery item (T&Cs apply).

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is available exclusively to Careem Pay customers who send money abroad and complete a single transfer of AED 50,000 or more between October 13 and October 20, 2025. Customers must make the qualifying transfer via Careem Pay during the campaign period.
This offer is limited to one voucher per customer, regardless of the number or total value of transactions made. For example, even if a customer sends AED 100,000 or more, they will receive only one voucher. Additional or higher-value remittance transactions during the campaign period do not qualify for extra vouchers.
3. Voucher Code Details
Eligible customers will receive a voucher code worth AED 1,000. Voucher codes will be issued via email or SMS within 2–4 working days from the date of the eligible transfer. To qualify, customers must use the code DIWALI during their transaction. The voucher can be redeemed at Tanishq Middle East retail stores within the UAE for a flat discount of AED 1,000 on the purchase of gold or other jewellery items, excluding Loose Stones and Celeste Solitaires. The voucher code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A limited number of vouchers are available for this Promotion, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Redemption Process
To redeem the voucher, customers must present the voucher code along with their Emirates ID at any Tanishq Middle East store within the UAE. Redemption is subject to Tanishq Middle East’s terms and conditions, and the availability of gold or jewellery items may vary depending on the store’s inventory. Customers are responsible for redeeming their voucher within the validity period. Voucher codes will expire 60 days after issuance and cannot be redeemed thereafter. Careem Pay is not responsible for any issues or delays related to the redemption process at Tanishq Middle East stores.
5. Limited Availability & Campaign Duration
The Promotion is limited to 45 vouchers. Once this limit is reached, no additional vouchers will be issued. The Promotion is valid from October 13, 2025, to October 20, 2025, after which no further entries will be accepted. Careem Pay reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, Careem will make reasonable efforts to notify customers but is not obligated to do so.
6. Exclusions
Transactions that are reversed, cancelled, or refunded will not be eligible for this Promotion. The Promotion is not valid for any transfers made before or after the campaign period.
7. Disclaimers
Careem Pay makes no representations or warranties regarding the redemption process at Tanishq Middle East stores. Careem Pay will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or disputes related to the redemption of voucher codes, including but not limited to issues arising from third-party systems or suppliers. Careem Pay also reserves the right to withhold or cancel vouchers if fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is suspected.
8. General Terms
The voucher code is issued on a one-time-use basis and cannot be reused or duplicated. Careem Pay and Tanishq Middle East reserve the right to request identification or additional information from customers for verification purposes before issuing and redeeming the voucher code. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

10. Data Sharing
For the purpose of enabling voucher redemption and preventing misuse or leakage, Careem will share the names and phone numbers of eligible winners with Tanishq Middle East. Tanishq Middle East shall use this information solely to verify the winner’s identity against a valid Emirates ID at the time of redemption and shall not retain, store or use this data for any other purpose.
