Important update: upcoming new pass and pricing changes
We’re always striving to improve your bike-riding experience, and we have some updates to share that will go into effect on September 9, 2024.
Here’s what you need to know:
Introducing our new 30-minute pass
We’re excited to launch a new 30-minute pass for SAR 19. This pass allows you to unlock a bike for a one-time 30-minute ride from any station to another. If you need to ride for longer, don’t worry—additional charges will apply for extended rides.
Updated pricing for passes
Along with the new 30-minute pass, here’s the updated pricing for our existing passes:
- Daily Pass: SAR 29
- Weekly Pass: SAR 69
- Monthly Pass: SAR 129
- Annual Pass: SAR 649
Changes to free trip duration and extra-time charges
We’re also making some adjustments to our unlimited free trip duration during your active pass and extra-time charges. Starting September 9, the free ride duration will be updated to 30 minutes, down from the previous 45 minutes. After 30 minutes, there’ll be a SAR 0.60 per minute charge. To continue riding and avoid extra charges, just dock your bike before the 30-minute mark to reset your timer.
These updates will help us keep our bike fleet top-notch, add more docking stations, and roll out new features for you to enjoy. We’re excited to continue bringing you reliable, convenient and environmentally friendly rides.
These changes will go into effect on September 9, 2024.
You can continue using the service and buy Bike passes at the current prices until September 8, 2024.
