Citibank Careem Offer TnCs 

Terms and Conditions:

• This is a limited time offer applicable only between 4 June 2025 to 31st August 2025 (both dates inclusive).
• 20% discount (maximum AED 50) is applicable on the total order value only when using Citi Mastercard
  credit cards (“Citi CC”) for payments via Careem app for the categories like Food, Groceries, DineOut and
  Shops transactions. It should be noted that the below mentioned promo codes, as may be applicable,
  should be used to avail the discount.
• Minimum order value to avail discount is AED 100 and maximum discount amount is AED 50 per transaction
• The discount is limited to one transaction per customer per month per category i.e. one each on Food,
  Groceries, DineOut and Shops. Therefore, the maximum number of discounted transactions per month is
  4 (one transaction per month under each category).
• The following promo codes can be used at checkout to apply the discount
  o Food Delivery : CITI20
  o DineOut : CITI20
  o Grocery : CITIG20
  o Shops : CITIS20
• Wallet transactions, like Apple or Samsung Pay, are not eligible for this promotion.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other vouchers, discounts, offers or coupon codes.
• Purchase reversals, refunds and transactions disputed by the customer are excluded from this offer.
• These Offer Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation
  (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the
  United Arab Emirates.
• If an order is cancelled or a refund request is issued, only the net amount paid by the cardholder will be
  refunded to the cardholder. No refund will be issued in respect of the discount.
• In the case of the use of multiple Citi CCs through one Careem app customer account, only the first Citi CC
  used during the Offer Period will be considered for this Offer.
• In the case of the use of the same Citi CC on multiple Careem customer accounts, only the first account using
  the Citi CC during the Offer Period will be considered for this Offer.
• For transactions where it is found that the Cardholder did not comply with the Offer Terms, Cardholders may
  not benefit from the discount and Citibank may charge, and the Cardholder will pay, the amount of the discount
  received by the Cardholder .
• Citibank may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Cardholder from participating in this Offer if the Cardholder
  is deemed to be engaged in any fraudulent activity in connection with this Offer. Decision of Citibank, in this
  regard, will be final and binding.
• Citibank and Careem reserve the right at any time to amend, add, remove and/or modify (in whole or part) any
  of the terms and conditions of these Offer Terms.
• Citibank and Careem can, in their sole discretion, replace this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer
  or not, or to withdraw it altogether. Citibank’s and Careem’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
• Citibank is not liable for the services/products offered by Careem or for the proper functioning of the
  Careem App. Any complaints with respect to the transactions or any service or product related issues/queries
  should be referred to Careem directly.
• Any cardholder participating in this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
• The cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the Citibank Terms and Conditions (available at www.citibank.ae),
  that may be amended and supplemented from time to time, will also apply in addition to the above Offer Terms.
