Using Box XL is just as simple as regular Careem Box:
- Open the Careem app
- Tap ‘Box’ from the home screen
- Select your pickup and drop-off points
- Choose Box XL for car-based delivery
- Track your item from start to finish

Need to grab something but can’t make it to the store?
With Box Purchase, you can ask a Careem Box Captain to buy and deliver an item worth up to AED 350. Whether it’s a quick mall run or a last-minute gift, Box Purchase takes one more errand off your list.
